About The Chef

Our Chef Vasilis Tzimas worked in many restaurants and hotels and with Saint George Lycabettus being the cherry on top, where he worked along side Hector Bottrini and together with his team won the Golden Cap in ’07 ’08.

Then he began his career as a head chef in well-known restaurants in Athens such as Divine in Kefalari and Dalliance house for 5 years. He also did internships in restaurants holding michelin stars. Since 2017 he is now an executive chef in a group of restaurants in Parga and also he has been a consultant Chef for 3 years in Stilvi in Paros and since 2020 he is in our group of restaurants as an executive chef.

At the same time, he was a columnist in the press for 5 years with his own culinary column and 3 years on a greek tv channel “ant1” suggesting and instructing healthy nutrition.
